Reece1. The service
Reece provides tools for capturing receipts, extracting information, organizing expenses, storing files, viewing statistics and preparing exports. Features may be changed, added or removed as the service develops.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Not accounting, tax or financial advice
Reece is an organizational tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Automated recognition can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results and retaining originals required for tax, warranty, reimbursement or legal purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Reece, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or malicious content, infringe rights, or reverse-engineer protected portions except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service and fulfill your requests.
6. Availability and updates
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free extraction or compatibility with every receipt. Updates may be required for security or continued use.
7. Paid features
If subscriptions or purchases are introduced, price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase. App Store purchases are also governed by Apple’s applicable terms and refund processes. Deleting the Reece account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription; users must manage subscriptions through the relevant store settings.
8. Intellectual property
The Reece software, name, icon, website, design and original materials belong to us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
9. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using Reece at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for serious misuse, security risk, legal requirement or material breach. Account deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and deletion page.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reece is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for decisions made solely from automated extraction, lost deductions, missed warranties, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for changes to the service or law. Material changes may be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
