Before any receipt content is sent for AI recognition, Reece explains what is shared, identifies OpenAI as the processor and asks for permission. If you decline, manual expense entry and the rest of the app remain available.

What does Reece recognize on a receipt?
Reece can extract key fields such as the store name, date, total and VAT. You review the result before keeping it and can edit the information whenever necessary.
Can I use Reece without creating an account?
Yes. Guest mode lets you try the core experience. Creating an account enables cloud synchronization for your receipts and settings.
What happens if I do not allow AI processing?
No receipt content is sent to OpenAI. You can still add expenses manually and use the other functions that do not require AI recognition.
What is included in an exported report?
You can create PDF and Excel files for a month or custom period. Exports can include structured expense information, your optional business name and the original receipt images.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in English, Hebrew and Russian, including right-to-left layout support for Hebrew.
